I would like to commend two of your employees. Shaun M. is an exceptional sales person. We were impressed with his knowledge about the Furnace we actually needed. His honesty and integrity about your company and the product he was introducing us to quite literally "blew us away!" We were not used to this.

After speaking with a Competitor the day before who offered us one of the lowest grades of a furnace with a bad reputation of repairs (according to Consumers Reports Magazine)-who told us he was "giving us a bargain" then switched his story around a couple of times offering us a piece of junk for the same price of the better Furnace we bought from you! Our Furnace was twenty three years old. It had a dangerous crack in it and we were told that it needed to be 'Red Tagged' by your Competitor. Needless to say we were scared and wanted something done ASAP as it was going to be a weekend with cold evenings. He said he could probably do it the following week.

We decided to go with Wright Total Indoor Comfort as we felt that Shaun presented what we actually needed.

John P. came out that very evening, Nov. 2nd, 2007 when most people would have gone home for the weekend after a long days work. He was very professional, clean, a good personality-very upbeat and an extremely hard worker.
