I just wanted to let you know that John P. and Nate B. installed a furnace and AC unit in my condo yesterday, and I was very pleased with the entire experience. They were very polite and respectful, even though they had to work in the dreaded crawl space and a back yard that was overrun with weeds. They were careful to keep my carpeting and furniture protected, and they cleaned up after themselves throughout the day. They even offered to pick up some lunch for me when they took their break! They continually kept me informed of what they were doing, and they spent time when the job was finished to explain what I could expect. Please thank them again for me. It was a joy working with them and having them in my home.
