Today, August 27th, 2007 representatives of your company, Shawn G., Matt K., and Darren, installed a new air conditioner in our home. In the afternoon your Quality Control Inspector, Jim D., came by to inspect the work.

In all our years as home owners we have received good service and not so good service. The service we received today was not good, it was OUTSTANDING! Darren, Shawn and Matt were courteous, quick and efficient. We asked a lot of questions and they patiently answered every one of them. Jim, the quality control inspector, was also very professional and courteous and also answered many questions. We are convinced it is the best service we have ever received.

While we are just beginning our One-Year “Test Drive,” we have no reason to believe your future service work will be anything less than OUTSTANDING. I told our Comfort Consultant Winston last week that bad advertising is free. We think it’s just as true that the best advertising, word of mouth, is also free. As a result of the work completed today by your company you have made a down payment on a lifetime supply of good advertising for free. We will recommend Wright without reservation whenever the opportunity arises.
