If I understand correctly, you are the General Manager for Wright Total Indoor Comfort and the boss of Chris H. and Nate B. Last week I had A/C and return duct work accomplished by Chris and Nate as established with your Consultant Eric T.

I am rarely impressed with the professionalism of the average vendor for my personal life and my life as a non-profit CEO so let me express my joyful surprise and appreciation for the professional work, professional demeanor, responsive communication and kindness shown to my family as your team installed the AC and duct work. It was actually an enjoyable process thanks to them.

Although there are a couple of touch-up things to attend to (leveling of the condenser, etc), Chris has assured me that a follow-up will occur in a weeks time - and I now completely trust the word of anyone from Wright.
