I really appreciate the visit with Doug W., Eric K., and Joe G. to help with our issues at our home with our misbehaving, expensive but efficient heating system. First of all, seeing 3 professionals arrive at an appointment on time is certainly a sign that Wright wants to make things right. I explained to Doug a week earlier that my schedule was very full and trying to get some time to go over issues was difficult. Your office did go the extra mile to follow up and reschedule when I could not make the first appointment. I really appreciate that since it is such a pain to complain. Doug, your voice on the phone and parallel stories communicated that you were indeed concerned about our home heating issues.
