As you're aware,
I recently contracted Wright to install a new furnace and
power vent system for my hot water heater. Tim P. was my
sales contact that I met with to review my needs and over
all scope of work that needed to be met prior to commencing
our whole house renovation. Tim answered all of my questions
and supplied me with exactly what I needed to ensure that my
family would live comfortably in our home.
John P., Justin
and Mark installed all the new components and reworked all
the piping that needed to be done to accommodate our future
remodel plans. There were a few kinks that needed to be
worked out and these were done so expeditiously.
John and Justin
returned on Thursday evening, 04/06/07, around 6:30pm to
make all the necessary corrections for the inspector. They
both assured me that everything would be corrected to my
satisfaction before they left. They wrapped up at 11:43pm
with all the corrections made and with a very satisfied
customer. I know it's not Standard Operating Procedure for
technicians to work this late into the evening. I assured
them that I was going to be working myself and that they
could stay as long as they needed or wanted.
Tuesday is when
my inspection is scheduled and I expect no issues with the
building inspector.
I feel it needs
to be noted that John and Justin really took customer
satisfaction to the ultimate level and being a licensed
contractor myself, I know how important and rare this level
of dedication is in the building industry today.
