Please pass on our sincere thanks to Joe G. and Ben of your staff for a job well-done. Their professionalism, attitude, and courtesy were much appreciated!

Background:

Joe has been our service technician since last fall. This past Monday and Tuesday, March 26 and 27, 2007, he responded to our initial call about an A/C leak which flooded into an adjoining bedroom walk-in closet. We have never had such an issue in all the years we have owned homes. Just when we thought all was resolved, the leak reappeared and continued to flow into the closet! [This was discovered by the carpet person who was here to extract the water].

Naturally, Joe stayed and continued to systematically analyze the situation and then discovered the cause of the leak---a defunct water heater, and ultimately, the expansion tank! I was thankful Wright allowed Joe to stay that day and install a new water heater, as well as send another technician, Ben, to help with the install. I know it was a very long day for both; yet they never complained.

Joe is the consummate professional. He is courteous, tenacious and knowledgeable. Of course, the same shall be said of Ben!

If we had to have such issues, at least we had Wright providing the best techs and customer service to make it right! Thank you! Again, kudos to Joe and Ben!
