Mr. Wyatt:

I am writing this letter to inform you of two outstanding personnel in your organization. On Saturday 19 January 2008 the furnace went out in my home. I called several heating companies and received what I felt was a favorable response from one of your technicians. He recommended that I talk to Mr. Eric T. who called me in less that 5 minutes and notified me he would arrive at my home to explain the different alternatives to solving my problem of NO HEAT. Upon his arrival I was treated in a highly professional manner. I really felt he was being sincere and honest with me as he explained all the options that were available. In cases like this, most people are only concerned with selling you something, getting their money and getting out. As painful as it was replacing a furnace on a SATURDAY, I felt at ease with Eric and felt like he genuinely had my best interest at heart. I made a decision on the furnace and was told that an installation technician would soon arrive to install my furnace. I later learned that it would be Shawn G., the installation supervisor who would do the installation. He soon arrived, introduced himself and claimed he was ready to go to work. I offered my help if required and he disappeared to the furnace room. In his own quiet efficient way he worked for hours installing the furnace. Upon completion of the job he requested my presence to inspect the completed project. The place was spotless and the installation was ok as best I knew. His professional manner was exemplary and certainly an example for all to follow. Upon completion I was asked what time would be ok to have Regional Building inspect the installation. We agreed on the following Tuesday. On that day the inspector arrived and did the inspection. Upon completion he stated that the installation was PERFECT and it sure showed that whoever did the installation had a lot of pride in his work. He also stated that he wished all installers were as good as this gent, as it would make his job a lot easier.

So it is for the above mentioned reasons that I write this letter of appreciation. The two named individuals certainly need to be thanked for the effort they put forward. It is always a pleasure to say THANK YOU and recognize those who richly deserve a seldom received pat on the back for doing such an outstanding service to the public.

You may rest assured that I will recommend your company to all I know because of these two GREAT employees.

Thanks again,

Sam
