Last
Fall I was concerned about the old furnace in this house
causing problems this winter and I remembered that a
Colorado Springs Inspector had recommended your Company to
me if I needed repairs to my furnace. I called your Company
and talked to a fellow by the name of Tim. He told me if I
had any problems with the furnace to call him at any time
and if needed he would have the furnace repaired or replaced
immediately.
Yesterday around 4:30 p.m. my tenant called to say that the
furnace pilot light kept going out and was hard to light. I
immediately called your company and a Lady by the name of
Julie Ann said she would send a Service person right out and
that I would be called by this person to tell me the status
of the furnace. I was called within the hour by this fellow
(can't recall his name) telling me that the heat exchanger
was cracked and the furnace was unsafe and should be shut
down. This was the problem I had worried about last Fall
when I talked to Tim. The serviceman said that he would call
Tim and have him come over to inspect the furnace and said
that the furnace could be replaced that evening. Tim called
me within the next 45 minutes, confirmed that a team from
your company was standing by to replace the furnace, gave me
a price quote on a recommended furnace and arrived at my
home within the hour to get my signature on the contract.
I am
very impressed with all of your people. They were
professional, handled the problem immediately and had a new
furnace installed by 10:00 p.m. (less than 6 hours after my
initial call). Julie Ann called me the next morning to tie
up some loose ends and my tenant called to say how well your
technicians performed. As we say in the Military "Good On Ya!"
You have an outstanding Company and your service is SUPER! I
am telling my friend, now a retired employee working at Home
Depot that his recommendation was right on. Please pass on
to your team my kudos. This city needs more honest companies
like yours. Thank You!
